Door-to-door Delivery (Distance 20km from Holabebe Pavilion Bukit Jalil)

1) Cut off Time: Order paid by buyers before 2PM (Monday to Friday). Orders places after the cut-off time will be processed the next working day.

2) Coverage areas (Within 20km radius from Holabebe Pavilion): Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only.

3) Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during delivery time.

4) If delivery fails due to no recipient, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Self Pick-Up Instructions:-

1) Pick-up is available on weekdays during the following hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) is subject to availability.

2) Pick-Up Location: Holabebe Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Lot 5.63.00, Pink Zone Pavilion, Persiaran Jalil 8, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (https://maps.app.goo.gl/MCfkEPbJbcritVnD6)

3) Upon arrival, please show your ORDER ID and PICK-UP CODE for verification.

4) If you are unable to collect your order at the scheduled time, please whatsapps us 011-1668 1391 to reschedule your pick-up date and time.

Standard Delivery (2-3 Working Days)

1) Delivery Coverage: West Malaysia (Estimated 2-3 working days) & East Malaysia (Estimated 3-5 working days).

Please note that delivery time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

2) Delivery Fee:

West Malaysia: RM7.00 for first 1kg, RM1.00 for each additional 1kg
East Malaysia: RM13 for first 1kg, RM10.00 for each additional 1kg
FREE standard delivery for orders above RM99.00 (West Malaysia only)
