Promotion Period: 10 October 2026 – 11 November 2026
1. Promotion Validity
1.1. This promotion is valid for in-store purchases only at Holabebe Pavilion Bukit Jalil during the stated promotion period.
1.2. The promotion is not applicable to online purchases.
2. Promotional Offers
Customers are entitled to the following discounts upon meeting the minimum spending requirements in a single transaction:
RM5 OFF with a minimum spend of RM80.
RM10 OFF with a minimum spend of RM150.
2.1. The minimum spending requirement applies to eligible purchases within a single transaction. Multiple receipts cannot be combined.
2.2. Only one promotional discount may be applied per transaction.
2.3. The minimum spending requirement is calculated based on the eligible purchase amount before the promotional discount is deducted.
3. Promotion Exclusions
3.1. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, coupons, or special offers unless otherwise stated by Holabebe.
3.2. Selected products, brands, or items may be excluded from the promotion.
3.3. The promotional discount is not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
4.1. All purchases are subject to Holabebe’s applicable Return & Exchange Policy.
4.2. Promotional items, free gifts, and items specifically designated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required under applicable law.
4.3. Any exchange request for eligible items must comply with Holabebe’s existing exchange requirements and be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
4.4. Refunds are subject to Holabebe’s applicable policy and statutory consumer rights under Malaysian law.
4.5. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies required by applicable law.
5. General Conditions
5.1. Holabebe reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion in accordance with applicable laws.
5.2. Any disputes relating to the promotion will be handled by Holabebe management in accordance with applicable laws.
5.3. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
